How do I book a trip?
Open Book Transport, enter your contact details, pickup and delivery, trip date, and refrigerated vehicle type, then submit. You receive a trip reference for follow-up. The full walkthrough is on the How to book page.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes. On Track Shipment, enter the trip reference and the mobile number registered on the request. The live map appears once the driver starts the trip.
How long until confirmation?
Usually within business hours — 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM Cairo time. Operations will contact you to confirm and assign the vehicle and driver.
Do I need an account?
No. You can book directly from the website without registering. Creating an account is optional if you want to manage trips and invoices from the client portal.
