Describe the load

Provide the product type, package count, approximate weight and package dimensions. State whether goods are palletized and whether stacking is permitted by the product instructions. A carton count alone does not establish vehicle capacity.

List locations and receiving windows

Share each address and map link, site contact, entrance instructions and the time the load will be ready. For multiple stops, confirm their order. A different sequence can change distance and waiting time.

Provide product instructions

Use the temperature range and handling instructions supplied by the product owner. Do not infer requirements from a broad product category. Ask the supplier for missing instructions and confirm vehicle suitability with operations.

Confirm responsibilities

Specify who loads and unloads, site access requirements and any necessary equipment. Agree on the delivery record, package count and receiving contact before dispatch.

Review before submitting

Enter the route, vehicle category and date in the booking form. Add operational details in notes, review the price and transport terms, and retain the trip reference. Tell operations about subsequent changes to the load, route or schedule so their impact can be assessed.
