Full refrigerated transport management: booking, pickup, tracking, delivery, and proof.
TrustColdEg specializes in refrigerated transport and cold chain logistics for individuals and businesses. You book from the website without friction, choose the right refrigerated vehicle, and receive a clear trip reference with tracking. Operations confirms the schedule, assigns the vehicle and driver, and stays available through delivery.
Refrigerated transport is at the heart of what we do, with clear operations for individuals and companies.
Food, beverages, pharmaceuticals, and other heat-sensitive cargo move in equipped refrigerated vehicles. Choose the vehicle type on the booking form, and add temperature or pickup notes if needed.
An operating frame that combines the right temperature band, fewer wait gaps, and route plus temperature visibility — for shipments that cannot rely on improvisation between warehouse, road, and receiving point.
Choose today’s date or a later trip date. Operations confirms timing based on the right vehicle being available, and notifies you of any change under our service commitments.
For companies with regular trips: create a client account to manage requests, review history, and access dues or invoices when available. Booking itself also works without an account.
Dedicated pages for refrigerated, frozen, food, pharma, and Cairo demand.
Operating elements that come with the request — from booking to delivery.
Submit a request from the website without an account, with contact details, route, and vehicle type.
An initial quote appears after destination and vehicle type, then customer service confirms it.
A clear number after submitting, used with your mobile number for tracking.
Live map and temperature monitoring once the driver starts through delivery.
If a deposit is enabled, payment is through a secure gateway and the booking is confirmed only after success.
A team handles confirmation, assignment, and escalation during support hours, with an emergency line for active trips.
